So, Kim explained the details did she? As she said, I can sell you a house key, but you must build the house!

Carpenter is an NPC who can be found stranded in Evergrind Fields:East because of his broken wagon. As the name suggests he is a carpenter, after helping him he relocates to Evergrind City, where he will manage the player's purchasable house in the city.

After purchasing a house from him for 3000 gold, he will sell you wood and basic furniture used to style and expand your house.

Dialogue

Next to his broken wagon in Evergrind Fields:
"It's a fine day, but it would be so much better if only my wagon got fixed..."

In Evergrind City before purchasing a house:
Hello there, boy/girl! You're a Collector, aren't you? Talk to Kim over there, and perhaps we can do business!

After talking to Kim:
"So, Kim explained the details did she? And you're still interested?! Yikes, you Collectors are a brave bunch.
Well, that's all well and good, but building this thing won't come cheap.
I expect it will cost 3000 gold. How about it?
If the player chooses Buy it:
Yikes! Rich and crazy, this kid. Seeing how expensive it was, I've thrown in some basic furniture in the deal.
Would be quite sad to spend that much money and end up with an empty house, no?
Well, I better get to work... I'm a pretty fast worker, if I do say so myself.
I expect I'll be finished in the time it takes you to take a stroll outside the city!"
If the player chooses no:
Figured as much... that's more than I make in a year!"

Before taking a stroll:
"I expect I'll be finished in the time it takes you to take a stroll outside the city! So go on... take that stroll!"

After the house is built:
"Looking for some new furniture? You've come to the right place!"

Choosing the 'talk' dialogue option:
"If you got some coin to spare I can hammer you up some high quality furniture real quick!
I get new designs all the time, so make sure you come back now and then.
Also, if you have a furniture item you'd like to get more of, I might be able to duplicate it for ya. Probably."
