Pott is Remedi's nephew and helps out at the shop. He's actually the one giving most of the quests while spinning his sign outside of the shop. It turns out he's very smart and does alchemy in his free time because he's always done early with his schoolwork.

Dialogue

Before getting a potion flask:
"Hey there, Collector! Have you experienced the wonders of potions?
If not, head inside and visit Remedi's Alchemy! He's handing out free flasks to new Collectors!
These things usually cost a ton, so act quickly, before they run out!"

Before quest Pumpkin Inspection:
"Try something new, swig a brew! With a potion from Remedi, you're as good as can be!
Stand out from all the rest - with potions you're the best. Blah, blah. Yada yada yada.
You get the point!"
