It says the base is 5, so 5 + 93 = 98.

Blade of Echo is 145. That's 47 more than angels thirst...

427 is also 47 more than 380, so I would assume they do have all 31 cards.

I've not got angels thirst or any actual data on it though, hence why it's still a red link, but based on the information that was there before I started editing it, it is not currently the stongest (although it might hav been at some point, blade of echos was already around when I started playing, but there was alot missing on this wiki at the time also)
