Elites

Elites are monsters that are stronger than typical enemies. These monsters can be identified by a yellow, pulsating ring around them. You can encounter most elites among enemies that spawn after clearing an area of monsters. The main quest Ghost Hunt serves as an introduction to elites, and elites can only be encountered after this quest.

Many Elite monsters have stronger attacks, or even advantages that their common variants would not normally have.

Elite monsters have a boosted chance of dropping rare items and cards.

Notable Elites

• The season knights and season mages in the Temple of Seasons become an elite when the room's season is changed to the knight or mage's season. Elites of these monsters don't spawn otherwise.
• Skeleton Wizards in the The Lost Ship can change other enemies in the area into elites, including other Skeleton Wizards. Enemies here are still able to spawn as elites by themselves.
