Enemies
Common Enemies are monsters found all over the world. Unlike Bosses, regular enemies have much less health and instead come in greater numbers. There are many enemy types, and they appear in only one area, with the exception of Rabby's who appear in both the Pillar Mountains and Evergrind Fields. Every area has a diverse collection of enemies that appear, and enemies are very thematic with their respective areas.
Larger groups of enemies usually indicate a spawn locations, meaning enemies will start respawning when all are killed. This may take a while, and the rate at which enemies respawn increases over time up to a maximum.
Enemies all have a certain level, which indicates both their strength and the amount of experience they give. The level doesn't directly influence the strength, but stronger enemies generally have a higher level. On top of that, level and health are the only two visible stats for enemies, so the level is the main indicator for how strong an enemy is. Experience however is tied directly to the difference in enemy and player levels, which is why it's useful to be able to look up enemy levels in the bestiary.
All regular enemies always drop something, be it gold or items. All enemies have at least one misc item, and most also have a unique equippable item. The droprates for these vary heavily, partially because the rarity of enemies varies as well. All common enemies also drop a unique Card, with the exception of the Temple of Seasons, where the different season variations of the Knights and Mages will drop a common card.
