Haste is an enhancing utility skill, which grants an ASPD and CSPD buff upon cast.

Base Charge

Casts a buff on yourself or on an ally, increasing both Attack Speed and Cast Speed by 10 %, plus 2.5 % for every extra point put into the skill.

The buff will last for 15 seconds. Recasting the buff on the same target will refresh the duration.

Mechanics

Upon cast, Haste places a buff on the target that lasts for 15 seconds. This duration can be increased by the Got You Covered talent.

The buff adds 15% + 2.5% * Skill Level ASPD and CSPD. This stacks additively with the values provided from Fencing and Bloodthirst talents, the buff from Gale Potions, and any items that provide ASPD and CSPD.

Tips

• Haste tends to be more situational than Empower and Fortify, as some builds don't benefit much from the increased speed
